Enables the receiving of clear (un-encrypted) Packet Data, even when "Secure" strapping has been selected in the Packet Data Secure / Clear Strapping field. This feature applies for the current Trunking - Data Profiles.
When the Data Profile Type is set to "Trunking" or "Trunking & Broadband", and
when the Secure / Clear Strapping field is applicable and set to "Secure", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
